Sabrina manages all of our operational matters. She is committed to providing our clients with the highest-quality services and dedicated to providing Modern’s employees with a vibrant environment in which to grow and thrive.

Prior to co-founding Modern Construction Services, Sabrina managed a variety of commercial construction projects for University Mechanical Contractors in Seattle, Washington. Subsequently, Sabrina became an Owner’s Representative on construction renovation projects for the world-renowned Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center. Her expertise includes research laboratories, hospitals and healthcare clinics, conference and event centers, and educational facilities.

Sabrina holds a Master’s of Science in Construction Management from the University of Washington and a Bachelor’s of Arts degree from The Evergreen State College. Additionally, Sabrina studied Accounting at North Seattle College, where she earned a distinguished place on the President’s List.

Brett manages our production of Virtual Construction Services and Building Information Modeling. He is passionate about trade coordination and the positive impact proper systems integration can have on the constructability and cost of a project. Brett is also the National BIM Trainer for the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), as well as a member of the MCAA BIM Committee.

Prior to co-founding Modern Construction Services, Brett’s twenty year tenure with University Mechanical Contractors in Seattle, Washington included managing the Technical Services Department responsible for 3D Modeling/Detailing, the Estimating Department, and the Special Projects Group, where he managed design/build tenant improvement projects while supervising the team.

Brett is a proud veteran of the United States Army. He holds an Associates of Arts and Sciences Degree in HVAC System Design, and has completed the BIM 101, Certified Mechanical Project Manager Training Level II and III, and Controls 101 courses through the Mechanical Contractors Association of Western Washington.

Khai details and manages our 3D Modeling/Systems Integration. He is devoted to producing high-quality drawings from which our clients can readily fabricate and build.

Before joining Modern Construction Services, Khai spent fifteen years performing AutoCAD drawing, detailing, and trade coordination on a variety of commercial construction projects, including healthcare, research, biotech, and multi-unit residential facilities.

Khai has a Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from Normandale College, and completed the Basic HVAC Course at North Seattle Community College. He is also a Certified Drafter through the American Design Drafting Association.
